Classes start the week of August 19 and end the week of December 14

Aerial Silks and Contortions Level 1

Four class times available

Tuesdays 5-6pm or Tuesdays 6-7pm

or Wednesdays 6-7pm or Saturdays 11am-12pm

Ages 6-18

Students will need to attend the Aerialist Evaluations on August 10, 11am-Noon. This captivating class on aerial silks blends grace, beauty, and strength into an exciting and enjoyable experience. Explore fundamental tricks and techniques while gaining insights into the safety measures and disciplines inherent in this beautiful and powerful art form. Additionally, the training includes instruction in strength conditioning, contortions, and tumbling, providing a comprehensive foundation for your aerial silk journey.
Students are also highly encouraged to enroll in Trilogy’s ballet and/or lyrical classes to further their training, finesse and performance levels.

*PLEASE NOTE: A COSTUME FEE OF APPROXIMATELY $40 WILL APPLY FOR SHOWCASE RECITAL.
Students are also encouraged to audition for The Gala of Oz, October 26 & 27 a Cirque and Dance Production and our musical theatre production, Narnia the Musical performing November 21-24! Production fees for shows are an additional $225.00 per show if cast.

Females- Black leotard that covers the armpits, Black yoga pants or leggings that are tight to the ankle

Males- Black tight fitting t-shirt, Black close fitted athletic pants

Enrollment in Aerial Silks 2 is solely based on teacher evaluation. Evaluations will be held Saturday, August 10, 11am-Noon. Students in Silks 2 are strongly advised to enroll in two classes per week for progression, as well as enrollment in Trilogy’s ballet and/or Lyrical classes to progress in performance and finesse. This is especially beneficial to those desiring lead roles in Cirque shows.
Delve into intermediate tricks and techniques while training in safety protocols and disciplines inherent in this captivating art form. The training also includes strength conditioning, contortions, and tumbling, adding a dynamic dimension to your skill development.

Students are also encouraged to audition for The Gala of Oz, October 26, & 27 a Cirque and Dance Production and our musical theatre production, Narnia the Musical performing November 21-24! Production fees for shows are an additional $225.00 per show if cast.

Lyra Aerial Hoop Training

Two different class time options available

Mondays 6-7pm or Tuesdays 7-8pm

Ages 10+ (with teacher approval)

Come train with Trilogy’s Cirque de’lair Cascades and learn the fantastic art of Lyra Aerial Hoop! Students must have approval of Miss Alyson (Aerial Department Director) to enroll in this class, as well as enroll/attend Aerial Silks classes. Miss Abi (Hoop Instructor) will also evaluate. EVALUATIONS WILL BE HELD AUGUST 10, 11AM-NOON. Lyra Hoop students are also highly encouraged to enroll and train in Trilogy’s ballet and/or lyrical classes to further finesse and performance qualities. This will be particularly beneficial for those desiring leads in our Cirque shows.

Calf high socks will need to be in their class bag for use as needed. Shoes are optional, but Jazz shoes or Ballet shoes are acceptable for added foot protection.

Ronin Stunt Company
By Invitation Only

Thursdays 9-11pm

By invitation/audition only. Ronin Stunt Company is Trilogy’s Professional stunt training program. Members study the art of advanced Film and Stage Combat. They will work on perfection of the basics and learn advanced techniques in hand-to-hand and weapons fighting. Members are also required to assist in one of the junior stunt classes training our future stuntmen.

Ronin Stunt Trainee Company

Thursdays 7-9pm

Ages 8-18

By invitation/audition only. Ronin Stunt Trainee Company is Trilogy’s Pre-Professional stunt training program. Members study the art of advanced Film and Stage Combat. They will work on perfection of the basics and learn advanced techniques in hand-to-hand and weapons fighting. Members are also required to take Karate, Dueling and Sr Stunt training classes. (Extra training by enrolling in Jr Stunt training classes is highly encouraged.)
*Members are required to purchase a Ronin jacket to be worn during all stunt classes. Ronin Trainees also must have full sparring gear. (See Mr. Coleman for further details.)
