Trilogy offers a wide variety of exciting and skill-building cirque classes designed for all levels. Whether you're flipping, flying, or bending in impossible ways, our cirque program blends artistry, athleticism, and adventure!
Aerial Silks
Step into the captivating world where artistry meets athleticism—high above the ground!
Our engaging aerial silks classes combine elegance, strength, and beauty for a thrilling and fun-filled experience. Learn essential techniques and tricks while discovering the safety practices and discipline that define this stunning and dynamic art form. Trilogy offers 3 levels of ELITE training!
Lyra Hoop Training
Students will train on the aerial lyra (hoop) apparatus, working on strength, flexibility, and fluid transitions. This beautiful circular apparatus helps performers gain spatial awareness and build choreography both inside and around the hoop.
Note: Lyra training may be used to supplement one Level Three class requirement within our Elite Performance Program.
Acrobatics, Contortion & Tumbling
This class focuses on advanced flexibility, balance, and strength. Students will work on handstands, walkovers, backbends, and more, while developing contortion shapes and tumbling passes. Great for dancers, gymnasts, and performers looking to improve control, agility, and dynamic skills.

Aerial Silks Level I
Available class times: Tuesday 5:30-6:30pm or Tuesday 6:30-7:30pm or Wednesday 6:30-7:30pm or Saturdays 12-1pm
Ages 6-18
Welcome to the world of artistry and athleticism in the air!
This captivating class on aerial silks blends grace, beauty, and strength into an exciting and enjoyable experience. Explore fundamental tricks and techniques while gaining insights into the safety measures and disciplines inherent in this beautiful and powerful art form.
Students are also highly encouraged to enroll in Trilogy’s ballet and/or lyrical classes to further their training, as well as our Acro and Contortions classes for further mastery of show stopping tricks and flexibility!
Classes run January 6 - May 1, with students performing in our end-of-year recital, "Aladdin."

REQUIRED SILKS ATTIRE: Females- Black leotard that covers the armpits, Black yoga pants or leggings that are tight to the ankle. Males- Black tight fitting t-shirt, Black close fitted athletic pants.

Aerial Silks Level II (Ages 8+)
Available class times: (Elite) Tuesday 7:30-8:30p or (Recreational) Wednesday 7:30-8:30p or (Elite) Thursday 7:30-8:30p or (Recreational) Sat 12-1p
Ages 8-18
Enrollment in Aerial Silks 2 is solely based on teacher evaluation. Students in Silks 2 must enroll in two classes per week for advancement. This requirement can consist of two Level 2 Silks classes. (Silks students are also highly encouraged to enroll in Ballet or Contemporary to enhance their fluidity of movement, bodily expression, and technique.)
Delve into intermediate tricks and techniques while training in safety protocols and disciplines inherent in this captivating art form. The training also includes strength conditioning, contortions, and floorwork, adding a dynamic dimension to your skill development.

Aerial Arts Open Gym (7+)
(Must be enrolled in a Trilogy Silks Class)
Saturdays 9am-12pm
Ages 7+
Open Gym is a fantastic opportunity for our aerialist to obtain more time on the silks under the watchful eyes of our instructors. Take advantage of this great offering on Saturday mornings!

*NEW CLASS* Cirque Movement Technique
(Cirque, Acro & Aerial- Ballet, Strength & Stability)
Available class time: Saturday 12-1p
Ages 8+
In this new class offering, Students will focus on building flexibility, strength, and conditioning through a structured curriculum that includes comprehensive barre and center work. Cirque work does not only take place in the air! Classical technique is emphasized, with a special focus on proper body alignment and turnout.

Acrobatics, Contortions & Tumbling
Available class times: Saturday 10-11am
Ages 7+
Join Miss Brook in this class focusing on the performance of human feats of balance, agility, and motor coordination. Students learn the ancient art of jumping, tumbling, and balancing, often layered with the use of props. We will focus on proper breathing and stretching in back bending and back flexibility along with the building block skills of acrobatic fundamentals.

Aerial Lyra Hoop Training Level 1 (8+)
Available class times: Thursdays 6:30-7:30p
Ages 8-18
We invite you to come train and learn the fantastic art of Lyra Aerial Hoop! Students must have approval to enroll in this class, as well as enroll/attend Aerial Silks classes. Lyra Hoop students are also highly encouraged to enroll and train in Trilogy’s ballet and/or lyrical classes to further finesse their fluidity of movement and expressive performance qualities.

Calf high socks will need to be in their class bag for use as needed. Shoes are optional, but Jazz shoes or Ballet shoes are acceptable for added foot protection.

Lyra Aerial Hoop Training Level 2 (Ages 8+)

Ages 8-18 by evaluation only
We are excited to present an advanced Lyra Aerial Hoop class this semester with Miss Aly! Students must have approval to enroll in this class, as well as enroll/attend Aerial Silks classes. Lyra Hoop students are also highly encouraged to enroll and train in Trilogy’s ballet and/or lyrical classes to further finesse their fluidity of movement and expressive performance qualities.

Cirque De L'Air Cascades
Aerial and Acrobatic Arts Company
Saturdays 1:00-2:00pm
Ages 9+
Take your training to new heights with our Elite Cirque Company taught by Miss Aly and Miss Brook. Trilogy provides exclusive opportunities for students to develop their skills and showcase their talents through extraordinary performances. Our dynamic 2 Level Company is designed to inspire, challenge, and empower the next generation of Cirque stars, fostering both artistic growth and confidence in a fun, supportive environment. Yearly auditions take place every December, offering a chance for new talent to join our creative community.
