Ages 7+
Ever dreamed of smashing like the Hulk, ducking and rolling with the agility of Black Widow, or mastering a lightsaber like a true Jedi? In Avengers and Jedis, professional stuntman, Alex Kaljumaa, will guide you through the thrilling world of fight choreography and stage combat!
This action-packed class teaches students to execute dynamic moves with power and precision while prioritizing safety first. You’ll learn essential stunt techniques, fight choreography, and movement skills that translate seamlessly to the stage and screen.
Whether you’re a Marvel fan, a Star Wars enthusiast, or someone looking to level up their performance skills, this class is your gateway to becoming the ultimate action star!

Students are also encouraged to audition for Beetlejuice, March 13-16, and The Prince of Egypt, April 10-13. Production fees for shows are an additional $225.00 per show if cast.

Ages 6-18
Welcome to the world of artistry and athleticism in the air!
This captivating class on aerial silks blends grace, beauty, and strength into an exciting and enjoyable experience. Explore fundamental tricks and techniques while gaining insights into the safety measures and disciplines inherent in this beautiful and powerful art form.
Students are also highly encouraged to enroll in Trilogy’s ballet and/or lyrical classes to further their training, as well as our Acro and Contortions classes for further mastery of show stopping tricks and flexibility! *PLEASE NOTE: A COSTUME FEE OF APPROXIMATELY $40 WILL APPLY FOR SHOWCASE RECITAL.

Ages 8-18
Enrollment in Aerial Silks 2 is solely based on teacher evaluation. Students in Silks 2 must enroll in two classes per week for advancement. This requirement can consist of two Level 2 Silks classes, or the second Silks class may be substituted with a Lyra or Acro class. (Silks students are also highly encouraged to enroll in Ballet or Contemporary to enhance their fluidity of movement, bodily expression, and technique.)
Delve into intermediate tricks and techniques while training in safety protocols and disciplines inherent in this captivating art form. The training also includes strength conditioning, contortions, and floorwork, adding a dynamic dimension to your skill development.

We invite you to come train with Miss Aly and learn the fantastic art of Lyra Aerial Hoop! Students must have approval to enroll in this class, as well as enroll/attend Aerial Silks classes. Lyra Hoop students are also highly encouraged to enroll and train in Trilogy’s ballet and/or lyrical classes to further finesse their fluidity of movement and expressive performance qualities.
Classes run January 6- May 3, 2025.

Open Gym is a fantastic opportunity for our aerialist to obtain more time on the silks under the watchful eyes of our instructors. Take advantage of this great offering on Saturday mornings!

Take your training to new heights with our Elite Cirque Company taught by Miss Aly and Miss Brook. Trilogy provides exclusive opportunities for students to develop their skills and showcase their talents through extraordinary performances. Our dynamic 2 Level Company is designed to inspire, challenge, and empower the next generation of Cirque stars, fostering both artistic growth and confidence in a fun, supportive environment. Yearly auditions take place every December, offering a chance for new talent to join our creative community.
