Stunts Classes
Trilogy offers exciting and challenging classes in stunts, aerial silks and lyra with our own Cirque de l'air Cascades Company for students of all ages.

DRESS CODE for Stunts Classes:
- Black tight fitting t-shirt, Black close fitted athletic pants
- Gym or Jazz shoes ( no flip flops/ Crocs)
DRESS CODE for Aerial Silks Classes:
- Females- Black leotard that covers the armpits, Black yoga pants or leggings that are tight to the ankle
- Males- Black tight fitting t-shirt, Black close fitted athletic pants
DRESS CODE for Lyra Aerial Hoop Classes:
- Females- Black leotard that covers the armpits, black yoga pants or leggings that are tight to the ankle.
- Males- Black tight fitting shirt, black close fitted athletic pants.
- Calf high socks will need to be in their class bag for use as needed. Shoes are optional, but Jazz shoes or Ballet shoes are acceptable for added foot protection.
