Tap and Jazz Combo Level I (Ages 8+)

In Tap, students focus on mastering rhythm, building block steps and essential techniques. The Jazz portion combines ballet fundamentals with traditional jazz movement, including warm-ups, stretches, isolations, across-the-floor progressions, and fun combinations. The curriculum grows in complexity as students advance, building both skill and confidence.
Concurrent ballet training is highly recommended to enhance technique and artistry.
All students will perform in our spring showcase, Genesis. A $40 costume fee applies. Female dancers must purchase Trilogy Show Earrings for $5.

Join Miss Tasia for this exciting 90-minute Tap & Jazz Combo Level 2 Class, perfect for intermediate students looking to grow their skills!
In Tap, students focus on mastering fundamental techniques and building a strong rhythmic foundation. Ballet, Tap, and Tumbling Combo (ages 3-5)

Ages 3-5

In this engaging combination class, students will explore the fundamentals of dance and tumbling with a focus on imagery, musicality, creative thinking, spatial awareness, and teamwork. Perfect for our youngest artists, this class offers a well-rounded introduction to movement and performance.
The 60-minute class consists of 40 minutes of Ballet/Tap to build foundational dance technique and 20 minutes of Tumbling to develop strength, coordination, and flexibility.
All students will perform in our spring showcase, Genesis. A costume fee of approximately $40 may apply.
Students are also invited to audition for The Prince of Egypt (April 10-13), with production fees of $225 per show if cast.

Take the next step in your dance journey with this exciting class designed for young students progressing from Ballet, Tap and Tumbling (ages 3-5)! This course introduces dance terminology, class structure, and beginner steps while encouraging creative expression through movement and music.
Students typically enjoy this combination class up until age 7, at which point they can advance to Ballet I, Acro/Contortions/Tumbling, or Jazz/Tap Combination classes to continue their growth.
All students will perform in our spring showcase, Genesis, with a costume fee of approximately $40.

In Ballet Level I, students will focus on building flexibility, strength, and conditioning through a structured curriculum that includes comprehensive barre and center work. Classical technique is emphasized, with a special focus on proper body alignment and turnout. Students will be challenged to memorize and perform dance steps and combinations while learning key ballet terminology.

In Ballet II, Miss Brook & Miss. Krista will lead students to deepen their flexibility, strength, and conditioning through comprehensive exercises, including full barre work, center work, adagio, and progressions. The focus is on refining classical technique, maintaining proper body alignment, and perfecting turnout. Students will be challenged to memorize and execute dance steps and combinations, expanding their proficiency in ballet terminology.
To ensure thorough development, Ballet II students must enroll in and attend both Ballet II classes each week.
All students will perform in our spring showcase, Genesis, with a costume fee of approximately $40.

Ballet III ( Ages 10+)

Tuesdays 6:30-8pm, Thursdays 6-7:30pm, and Saturdays 9-10:30am

(Students must enroll and attend all three classes)

Ages 10+

In Ballet III, students will focus on enhancing flexibility, strength, and conditioning through a comprehensive regimen, including full barre work, center work, adagio, progressions, and grand allegro. The primary goal is refining classical technique, improving strength and stamina, and mastering complex dance steps and combinations. Students will also deepen their understanding of ballet terminology.
Upon approval from Ms. Krista, dancers will transition to pre-pointe and eventually en pointe when technically and safely ready. Pointe training will occur within the Level III class.
To ensure steady progress, Ballet III students must attend and actively participate in three classes per week.
All students will perform in our spring showcase, Genesis, with a costume fee of approximately $40. Female dancers must also have Trilogy show earrings ($5 through Trilogy). Adult Barre/Dance

Tuesdays 5:30-6:30pm

Ages 18+

This class is perfect for adults exploring dance for the first time, revisiting skills from their youth, or maintaining current experience while toning and building long, lean muscles.
The first half of class features an energizing Barre fitness routine, combining posture, port de bras arms, and ballet positions to strengthen and tone. Barre fitness is a popular, low-impact workout that defines muscles and suits all ages and fitness levels.
The second half focuses on dance elements at the barre and in the centre, emphasizing body awareness, control, and the elegance of movement. With a focus on beauty and grace, this class offers a welcoming, low-pressure environment for dancers of all abilities.
Class Attire: Wear fitted, non-baggy clothing that allows freedom of movement with barre socks or ballet shoes.

Equipment:

Class items needed: 2-3 lb. set of weights, one yoga block, and two one barre ball.

A yoga mat is not required but can be used for any floor exercises where we may be lying down or kneeling.

Ballet Technique Class (For levels II/III)

Saturdays 9-10:30am

Ages 8+ with instructor approval

This Ballet class is the 3rd of the required classes that Ballet Level III are required in which to be enrolled and attend each week. Ballet II dancers may also enroll in this class in addition to their regularly scheduled Level II classes to pursue further training.
Dancers will wear their appropriate class level leotard, tights, shoes to this class.

Acro, Contortion, and Tumbling I/II

Thursdays 6:30-7:30pm

Ages 8+

Join Miss Brook in this class focusing on the performance of human feats of balance, agility, and motor coordination. Students learn the ancient art of jumping, tumbling, and balancing, often layered with the use of props. Level 1/2 focuses on proper breathing and stretching in back bending and back flexibility along with the building block skills of acrobatic fundamentals.
All dance students will be a part of our spring showcase "Genesis". A costume fee of approximately $40 may apply.

Students also may audition for our productions of Beetlejuice, March 13-16, and The Prince of Egypt, April 10-13. Production fees for shows are an additional $225.00 per show if cast.

Dress Code: Ladies: Leotard that covers the armpits with leggings or spandex shorts, no loose fitting clothing. Males: black compression shirt and black joggers

Acro, Contortion, and Tumbling II/III

Students will explore the art of jumping, tumbling, and balancing, often using props to add challenge and creativity. Level 2/3 builds on Level 1 skills, focusing on back flexibility, mastering multiple skills, running techniques, back handsprings, front walkovers, and side aerials.
This class is perfect for students looking to refine their tumbling skills and push their limits in a dynamic, supportive environment.

This combination of "MCL" aims to heighten students' awareness of body alignment and cultivate core strength. The primary emphasis is on enhancing flexibility and sustaining movements, with a thorough focus on teaching the intricate connection between music and movement, fostering emotional and expressive depth. Enrolling in this class promises a significant enhancement of artistic expression for dancers. This class is an excellent addition to any aerialist's or dancer's training.

Students will develop agility, stamina, and musicality as they refine their tap skills in a fun and challenging environment.

This Tap class is tailored for those who have not only mastered the foundational and intermediate steps, but also have a keen understanding of rhythm, counting music, and can retain choreography quickly. The syllabus covers a range of tap styles, and dancers will also focus on learning how to tap in counterpoint and perform clean acapella tap combinations.
All dance students will be a part of our spring showcase "Genesis". A costume fee of approximately $40 may apply.
