Aerial Silks and Contortions Level 1
Four class times available
Tuesdays 5-6pm or Tuesdays 6-7pm
or Wednesdays 6-7pm or Saturdays 11am-12pm
Ages 6-18

This captivating class on aerial silks blends grace, beauty, and strength into an exciting and enjoyable experience. Explore fundamental tricks and techniques while gaining insights into the safety measures and disciplines inherent in this beautiful and powerful art form. Additionally, the training includes instruction in strength conditioning, contortions, and tumbling, providing a comprehensive foundation for your aerial silk journey.
Students will perform in a class showcase in the Colby Theatre at the end of the semester. Students are also encouraged to audition for our dance/cirque show Alice in Wonderland (auditions Feb 3, shows May 10-12), or our musical theatre productions of The Sound of Music (auditions Jan 19, callbacks Jan 20, shows March 21-24) and Beauty and the Beast (auditions Feb 16, callbacks Feb 17, shows April 18-21).

REQUIRED SILKS ATTIRE:

Females- Black leotard that covers the armpits, Black yoga pants or leggings that are tight to the ankle

Males- Black tight fitting t-shirt, Black close fitted athletic pants

Aerial Silks 2 enrollment is by teacher evaluation only, and Silks 2 students are highly encouraged to enroll in two Silks 2 classes per week for advancement.

Experience the fusion of grace, beauty, and strength in this exhilarating class focused on the art of aerial silks. Delve into intermediate tricks and techniques while gaining insights into the safety protocols and disciplines inherent in this captivating art form. The training also includes instruction in strength conditioning, contortions, and tumbling, adding a dynamic dimension to your skill development.

Aerial Silks 3 enrollment is by teacher evaluation only. Silks 3 students are highly encouraged to enroll in three Silks 3 classes per week for advancement.

Discover advanced tricks and techniques while acquiring a deep understanding of the safety protocols and disciplines intrinsic to this captivating and powerful art form. The training also encompasses instruction in strength conditioning, contortions, and tumbling, adding further dimensions to your skill development.

Lyra Aerial Hoop Training

Two different class time options available

Mondays 6-7pm or Tuesdays 7-8pm
Ages 10+ (with teacher approval)

Come train with Trilogy’s Cirque de’lair Cascades and learn the fantastic art of Lyra Aerial Hoop! Students must have approval of Miss Alyson (Aerial Department Director) to enroll in this class, as well as enroll/attend Aerial Silks classes. Miss Abi (Hoop Instructor) will also evaluate.

Calf high socks will need to be in their class bag for use as needed. Shoes are optional, but Jazz shoes or Ballet shoes are acceptable for added foot protection.

High-Octane Stunt Mastery: Parkour Class

Thursdays 5:30-7pm
Ages 12+

Ronin Stunt Company
By Invitation Only

Thursdays 9-11pm

By invitation/audition only. Ronin Stunt Company is Trilogy’s Professional stunt training program. Members study the art of advanced Film and Stage Combat. They will work on perfection of the basics and learn advanced techniques in hand-to-hand and weapons fighting. Members are also required to assist in one of the junior stunt classes training our future stuntman.

Ronin Stunt Trainee Company

Tuesdays 7-9pm

Ages 8-18

By invitation/audition only. Ronin Stunt Trainee Company is Trilogy’s Pre-Professional stunt training program. Members study the art of advanced Film and Stage Combat. They will work on perfection of the basics and learn advanced techniques in hand-to-hand and weapons fighting. Members are also required to take Karate, Dueling and Stunt training classes.

REQUIRED CLASS ATTIRE:

Male and Female- Black athletic shirt/black athletic pants, sweatpants or leggings/Tennis shoes (Male dancers should wear an athletic cup.)

*Members are required to purchase a Ronin jacket to be worn during all stunt classes. Ronin Trainees also must have full sparring gear. (See Mr. Coleman for further details.)
